Artists/Crafter Application

The Artists/Crafter fee for a 10ft x 10ft site is $55 plus $1.50 on-line processing fee. If needed, electricity at the site is an additional $45. Once the application has been submitted and approved, an invoice will be sent by email.

Please upload (2) clear photos the actual work you will be selling.


Please review the site plan and pick out your preferred site number along with 2 alternates in the event your first choice is already taken. NEW FREEDOM FEST SITE PLAN


• If your website does not have clear photos of your work, you may be asked to submit 2-3 images that are good examples.
• Only items handcrafted by the participating artist/crafter will be accepted and be allowed for sale the day of the fest.
• All shelters, tents, tables, chairs, signs, and merchandise must conform to the 10ft x 10ft space and are your responsibility and will not be provided by New Freedom Heritage, Inc.
• Please be prepared to comply with requests from New Freedom Heritage, Inc on the day of the event to ensure safety and smooth operation of the fest. Failure to do so will result in your removal from the fest without refund.
• New Freedom Heritage, Inc assumes no liability for injuries or damage occurring from the event under any circumstances. Vendors will be responsible for their own liability and property insurance.
• All refuse from your booth must be removed or disposed of properly by you before leaving the fest.
• Collection and submittal of sales tax is the vendor's responsibility.
• Smoking is not allowed in the vendor spaces.
• This is a rain or shine event.
• Vendors who cancel prior to (3) weeks before the festival may expect a refund; any cancellations after that will not be eligible for a refund of the application fee.
• Please feel free to help advertise by listing the fest on your website or blog.
• Please note that WiFi is not included and not available at the Fest.

• New Freedom Heritage, Inc will publicize the event through local advertising, and other media outlets in Pennsylvania and northern Maryland.
• New Freedom Heritage, Inc will notify you at the email address provided in your application on the morning of the event if it becomes necessary to cancel the event for any reason.
• New Freedom Heritage, Inc will provide containers for disposal of non-hazardous fest refuse following the fest.

By submitting this application form I certify that all of the items to be offered for sale have been handcrafted by the above named and I understand that if any other items are on display I may be removed from the show.

After submission and review of your application, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions for payment.
